Enrollment procedure 

 

Admission to Nemo's bilingual daycare is open to all children aged 4 months to 4 years regardless of race gender, color, religion, political belief, national origin, ancestry, sexual, orientation, marital or military status.

Enrollment procedure

parents interested in enrolling their child(ren) should follow these steps:

1. Call, or email the provider of Nemo's Bilingual Daycare and arrange a tour of our facility at nemosbilingualdaycare.com or 857-636-8511.

​

2. If there are no openings available, you can secure a spot on our waitlist by submitting an application for enrollment with $25 non-refundable application fee to cover the record-keeping cost and to maintain the application on our waitlist

3. If there is availability for your requested start date we can begin the enrollment process.

​

4. To secure your spot after making the decisions you need to pay the first month of caring (THIS IS NOT A DEPOSIT AND IS NOT REFUNDABLE).

5. At this time, the parent handbook will be given to the parents/ guardians. it is extremely important to take the time to read through, and become familiar with our program's policies contained within.

6. Prior to the first day of enrollment, the following documents must be completed.

A. Child enrollment package

B. A small photo attached to the enrollment package.

C. proof of up to date immunizations according to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health's recommended schedule, signed by a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant.

D. documentation of annual physical exam.

E. Documentation of lead Screening.

F. Any medical condition or disability need to be told to the provider and staff to maximize the care, if you have documentation please provide a copy.
